Optum Angus is located in beautiful Southwestern Ohio. We are a Black Angus cattle company with a new name and new direction. We are a true family operation that goes back three generations as commercial cattle producers.

In 2014, Optum Angus made the transition from the long history in the commercial business to focus on high quality purebred Angus. Today, Optum Angus has over 300 cows that we have acquired, from all over the Country, with the top genetic performance traits from breed leading Angus families.

Our goal is to is to become a national leader and premier source of high-performance Angus seedstock females and bulls. We will achieve this goal by making available to our customers Black Angus cattle with superior genetics, excellent phenotype, and from solid foundational angus families.
